Terms of Service

1. The service

LeadSlot provides software for lead capture, automated follow-up, AI-assisted conversations, shared inboxes, qualification, appointment booking, reporting and third-party integrations. Features may depend on the selected plan, connected services, supported countries and preview availability.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter a binding business agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account, the users you invite and the security of your credentials. Tell us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Customer data and instructions

You retain your rights in the data, campaign content and materials you submit. You authorize LeadSlot to process that content to provide, secure and support the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your campaign knowledge and instructions.

You must have the rights, permissions and lawful basis needed to collect each lead's data, contact the lead, use connected accounts and instruct LeadSlot to process the data. You must provide required notices, honor opt-outs and follow marketing, privacy, telecommunications and messaging laws that apply to your campaigns.

4. Connected services and Google OAuth

You may connect services such as Google Calendar, Google Meet, WhatsApp, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Odoo or webhooks. Your use of a connected service remains subject to that provider's terms. You authorize LeadSlot to exchange the data and perform the actions shown during connection and described in our Privacy Policy.

You can disconnect an integration or revoke its authorization. Provider changes, outages, account restrictions or policy decisions may affect an integration. LeadSlot is not responsible for a third-party service, but we will take reasonable steps to keep supported integrations working.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use LeadSlot for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or discriminatory activity.
• Do not send spam, contact people without the required permission, ignore opt-outs, impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Do not upload malware, probe or bypass security, disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, or access another customer's data.
• Do not use the service for emergency communications or decisions where an AI error could cause death, physical harm or unlawful denial of an essential service.

6. AI features

AI-generated messages may be inaccurate or incomplete. You decide the campaign knowledge, qualification rules and permitted actions, and you remain responsible for reviewing whether the configuration and output suit your business. LeadSlot does not provide legal, medical, financial or other professional advice through its AI features.

7. Plans, usage and payment

Fees, included usage, billing periods and plan limits appear in your order, account or pricing offer. Charges are due in the stated currency and exclude applicable taxes unless the offer says otherwise. Usage above an included allowance may be charged at the stated rate. You remain responsible for charges generated by your account and connected campaigns.

Unless an order states otherwise, subscriptions renew for the same billing period until cancelled. Fees already due are not refundable except where required by law or stated in the order.

8. Service changes and availability

We may update features, security controls and technical requirements. We may suspend access to protect the service, respond to a legal requirement, prevent abuse, address unpaid invoices or handle a serious breach of these terms. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability or a specific business outcome, response rate or number of bookings.

9. Intellectual property

LeadSlot and its licensors own the service, software, design and documentation. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. Feedback may be used to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you. Your data remains yours.

10. Confidentiality

Each party must protect the other party's non-public business, technical and customer information, use it only for the agreement, and disclose it only to people who need it and are bound to protect it. This duty does not cover information that is public through no breach, already known without restriction, received lawfully from another source or developed independently.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel as described in your account or order. Either party may terminate for a material breach that is not cured after reasonable notice, or at once where the breach creates security, legal or abuse risk. On termination, your right to use the service ends. Data export and deletion follow the Privacy Policy and any applicable order.

12. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent allowed by law, LeadSlot provides the service on an "as available" basis and disclaims implied warranties that cannot be confirmed for an online service. LeadSlot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits or lost business arising from use of the service.

To the extent allowed by law, LeadSlot's total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where applicable law does not allow them.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of Morocco have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer or data-protection law requires another forum.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. We will publish the new date and give reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the revised terms. Contact [email protected] with questions about these terms.
